Exchange Policy

1. If you need to exchange an item due to incorrect sizing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges cannot be processed after the 7-day grace period (calculated from the delivery confirmation date).

2. The item to be exchanged must remain in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or makeup marks, and suitable for resale.

3. The product packaging must be intact (including the outer box or bag). Do not tape or attach shipping labels directly to the product packaging or shoe box; please place the item in an additional box or bag. All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and other items must be complete. *For footwear, the shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned with the shoes. Damaged shoe boxes will be treated as product damage and may void refunds.

4. Once the exchange is confirmed, we will arrange for HCT Logistics to pick up the item. Please ensure your phone is accessible for contact. If the delivery personnel are unable to collect the product after two attempts, you will need to return the item to the specified location at your own cost. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, K-SWISS will ship the replacement within 3 business days.

Return Policy

5. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, K-SWISS will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, please provide your refund information with the return. Missing information may delay the refund process.
