📦 K-Swiss SG/MY Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after the 7-day grace period (based on the delivery confirmation date) will not be accepted.

📦General Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all the following requirements:

  • Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect resale condition

  • No stains, odor, damage, or signs of wear

  • Original packaging must be intact (outer box/bag included)

  • Do not tape, write, or affix labels directly on the product box (especially shoe boxes)

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, plastic wrapping must be returned together

⚠️Note: The shoe box is part of the product. Any damage may result in rejection or a partial refund.

🚫Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Socks

  • Intimate / personal-wear items

📦 Return Pick-up Arrangement

Once your return request is approved:

🇸🇬 Singapore Customers

  • You may drop off the return item at our physical store during business hours, or

  • Request a logistics pick-up service coordinated by our team

  • Please ensure your phone is available for delivery coordination

  • If a scheduled pick-up fails twice, self-drop-off at store is required within the grace period

🇲🇾 Malaysia Customers

  • Due to logistics systems not yet fully established, return services are currently unavailable

  • Please confirm your size and order details carefully before purchasing

Returns not completed within the allowed timeline will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and confirmed as eligible:

  • Refund will be issued within 7 business days

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
